The staff was very helpful, assisting with directions and local information, THAT was appreciated. My room was clean and well kept, meeting expectations for a short stay. The hotel's proximity to public transport made getting around very convenient. The bus stop was just steps away.
The gym equipment was a bit outdated, with only a few machines available, it limited workout options.

Breakfast included a selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, THE variety was adequate. Coffee and tea were available throughout the morning. The restaurant offered a set menu for lunch and dinner.

this hotel has a friendly atmosphere. the location offers convenient access to tram lines. breakfast has many options. it certainly met my expectations. i found the staff efficient. they handled my early check-in request very well. this was welcome after a long overnight flight from the us.
the tv had some problems. it was difficult to find channels. the soundproofing was poor. i could hear people walking and talking in adjacent rooms. this did affect my sleep.

the check-in and check-out processes were quite straightforward. the staff demonstrated a friendly attitude, a definite plus. the location proves quite convenient for accessing various parts of the area. breakfast included a plentiful selection.
i was initially assigned a room in the corner and it was not the category i booked. the walls showed some wear with peeling wallpaper. the furniture arrangement felt cramped. the pillows were uncomfortable.

i found the hotel very clean my room was a superior double room it included a comfortable bed they supplied complimentary water juice and tea this was a nice touch the hotel staff were friendly i found them respectful the hotel is close to tram and bus stations it makes getting around easy the service was great
breakfast had limited options when i inquired about an omelet i was informed it required an extra charge
