plastic chair terrible noise
The location was perfect. It was a short walk from the train station and the city center.
I was disappointed with my room. the plastic dining chairs felt cheap and out of place in the breakfast room. It detracted from the overall charm. also, the noise from sainsbury's deliveries at 6am was terrible! i never slept well , and the staff didn't offer much help or understanding.

adequate place to stay

helpful staff easy access secluded garden narrow entrance car park wall mark
the staff was very cute and helpful. the location allows easy access to westgate (i could walk there). i found the garden calm and secluded, like an oasis.
the entrance to the car park is very narrow. i struggled to maneuver my car (my car has a width of 2 meters). there were marks on the walls, evidence of others facing the same difficulty.
