Wonderful Stay and Great Location

The staff was very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated their recommendations for local restaurants. The room was very clean, and I found the bed comfortable for a restful sleep. I liked that the hotel's location provided easy access to many shops and cafés. I also found the breakfast each morning very satisfying, with a variety of options available.
The room felt a bit small, especially with luggage.

An elevator served all floors, which I found convenient. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception, a great feature for late arrivals or early departures. Breakfast included fresh croissants. and a selection of fruits.

The room was equipped with a coffee machine. I was grateful for the modern bathroom fixtures and found them to be in excellent condition. The shower had plenty of hot water, which I appreciate. The linens felt fresh and clean.

The reception staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist with directions. I was very thankful for their quick responses to any requests. The staff was also multilingual, a great help for international guests.

i found a bikeshare station right outside the hotel so getting around was simple. the lighting in my room stood out it was actually great unlike many modern hotels i have stayed in. i had plenty of coffee pods for the coffee maker in my room as well. the location was ideal with a bakery just two minutes away.
the air conditioning in the room did not work consistently it reset to a low temperature several times. also the room felt cramped making it difficult to open my luggage except on the bed. i could hear neighbors easily the room was noisy at times.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and were very helpful with directions to nearby attractions. they promptly addressed my inquiries offering efficient assistance throughout my stay. the team ensured a smooth and cute experience.

an elevator provided convenient access to all floors of the building simplifying movement with luggage. the hotel provided a good breakfast with multiple choices. there was a nice courtyard available to relax.

The beds were amazing! they used linvosges bedding and mattresses, so my sleep was very nice. i loved having tea and coffee available both in the lobby and in the room. It's such a nice touch. plus, the 24/7 friendly staff made everything super easy and cute!
The fitness center is in the cellar and is quite tiny. Not much space for a full workout, but still usable.

The room was really nice and neat. I could tell it was cleaned every day! plus, the hygiene supplies, all nuxe, felt so luxurious! the towels were fluffy and new too! i liked this quality.

i really liked the convenient location! it's super close to the republique metro station, with lots of lines! this makes exploring the city really easy. there is also an elevator, so luggage is not a problem.

the location was very convenient with many dining choices nearby.
The room ac did not function correctly. It would reset to 16 degrees repeatedly despite adjustments. the coffee provided in the room was decaffeinated two out of three times. the daily room cleaning was skipped on our second day, quite inconvenient.
