I noted friendly people work here. The hotel offered coffee at any hour. I saw the rooms were clean.
The room was too small. I did noticed that the room walls were dirty. Rubbish was outside on the balcony, I observed.

the location is excellent. i could easily walk to various shops and attractions (louis vuitton was very close). the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful.
the room felt a bit small upon arrival. it was a superior double room, but space was limited.

i liked the location as it was close to everything. i could easily walk almost everywhere within 15 to 20 minutes. super nice team and the room was immaculate.
i found some rubbish on the balcony that nobody had bothered to clean. the walls were also dirty and this affected my experience.

The hotel is near many popular streets and designer stores. This was acceptable.
the ac was not working well. we had to open the window to get the room cool. there was much noise from traffic making it hard to sleep with the window open.
