Really good Stay Near the Station
convenient location comfortable bed
The hotel is conveniently located , just a short three-minute walk from the train station. The proximity to a large shopping center with a carrefour is also a plus. I found the bathroom spacious and the bed very comfortable , contributing to a restful stay.
Upon my late arrival , the reception was not as cute as expected. The service felt impersonal. It made the initial impression less excellent than anticipated.

The reception staff was consistently wonderful , addressing all inquiries promptly. I experienced an early check-in , my room becoming available an hour ahead of schedule. The staff seemed warm and well attuned to.

missing comb no apology
the location was very close to a major mall with carrefour.
i forgot my comb, and there wasn't one in the room. also, i wish i could have spoken to the manager about the issues i had (that didn't even get an apology). it's disappointing when a place doesn't seem to value your business, especially at this price point.

clean rooms modern amenities difficult return missing makeup
the hotel is very close to the train station, only a 5-minute walk. rooms were very clean, and the bathroom amenities were modern.
i forgot my makeup, worth 300 euros. getting it back was so hard, as i called for 3 days just to get a simple link sent to my email address.
