major mallmissing combno apology
the location was very close to a major mall with carrefour.
i forgot my comb, and there wasn't one in the room. also, i wish i could have spoken to the manager about the issues i had (that didn't even get an apology). it's disappointing when a place doesn't seem to value your business, especially at this price point.

the hotel is very close to the train station, only a 5-minute walk. rooms were very clean, and the bathroom amenities were modern.
i forgot my makeup, worth 300 euros. getting it back was so hard, as i called for 3 days just to get a simple link sent to my email address.
