check-in was quick and easy. the lobby area was stylish with a nice bar. the room had comfortable beds and working air conditioning. it included a large shower.
the reception staff seemed miserable and unhelpful. i was expected to share a small bottle of water upon arrival. the water was not replaced, and i would have had to pay for more.

The restaurant downstairs had GREAT food and snacks. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The rooftop offered good views of the city, and I enjoyed spending time there. Access to the spa was convenient, and the area felt quite relaxing.

The room was luminous and spacious, a privilege junior suite, it had daily restocked mini-bar included. The king-sized bed provided utmost comfort. The bathroom was stocked with Earth collection shower gel. I found the space very clean and stylish.

The front desk staff was warm. Their welcome included complimentary champagne. Noah at reception was very helpful with recommendations for exploring the city. The attention to detail seemed perfect, with staff providing fantastic service.

The staff was helpful with directions and advice.
The room walls were thin , resulting in a poor night's sleep. You could hear doors closing and toilets flushing. Water provided in the room was not replaced daily , even after the room was cleaned.

the hotel's location provided a great balance I found several transit options nearby the building design was stylish and well maintained the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape after city explorations. i also discovered a lovely library with quiet space perfect for reading.
the gym had limited equipment and sometimes felt crowded it needed more frequent cleaning throughout the day.
