small pool expensive mini bar
I wasn't thrilled to find that the rooftop pool was rather small. it seemed more like a large jacuzzi than a proper swimming pool. also, securing a lounger was surprisingly competitive. People seemed to reserve them early, even when unoccupied. i found it a bit disappointing after anticipating a relaxing poolside experience. also, the mini bar prices, i noticed, were quite steep, especially compared to nearby shops. it would have been nice to have more reasonably priced options.

quick check-in stylish lobby comfortable beds miserable staff unhelpful staff small bottle
check-in was quick and easy. the lobby area was stylish with a nice bar. the room had comfortable beds and working air conditioning. it included a large shower.
the reception staff seemed miserable and unhelpful. i was expected to share a small bottle of water upon arrival. the water was not replaced, and i would have had to pay for more.

big room quiet room attentive staff
the room was big and it had air conditioning. it was very quiet after the kids stopped running in the hallways! the restaurant staff was attentive. the food was really delicious.
The room had very high temperatures. The hotel was in heating mode because it was winter.

the hotel is located a short walk from the marina. restaurants near the beach are a culinary delight. the spa treatment i received was magnificent. breakfast had great variety, setting me up well for the day.
the absence of a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival was a slight letdown.

Excellent Hotel Experience
great food good view
The restaurant downstairs had GREAT food and snacks. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The rooftop offered good views of the city, and I enjoyed spending time there. Access to the spa was convenient, and the area felt quite relaxing.

The room was luminous and spacious, a privilege junior suite, it had daily restocked mini-bar included. The king-sized bed provided utmost comfort. The bathroom was stocked with Earth collection shower gel. I found the space very clean and stylish.

The hotel is near the marina area. It is well located near many useful facilities. The hotel is approximately a 20-25 minute walk from the Gothic Quarter. The metro or tram stop is about 6 minutes away.

The front desk staff was warm. Their welcome included complimentary champagne. Noah at reception was very helpful with recommendations for exploring the city. The attention to detail seemed perfect, with staff providing fantastic service.

Acceptable , but Some Issues
thin walls replaced water
The staff was helpful with directions and advice.
The room walls were thin , resulting in a poor night's sleep. You could hear doors closing and toilets flushing. Water provided in the room was not replaced daily , even after the room was cleaned.

transit options stylish design refreshing escape
the hotel's location provided a great balance I found several transit options nearby the building design was stylish and well maintained the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape after city explorations. i also discovered a lovely library with quiet space perfect for reading.
the gym had limited equipment and sometimes felt crowded it needed more frequent cleaning throughout the day.
