The variety of breakfast options at the hotel was decent.
The rooms, though spacious, were not particularly soundproofed. I heard children running and shouting in the corridor and even vehicle noise from downstairs, a real problem since I am a light sleeper. It made the whole experience frustrating

The breakfast buffet had various options. I found the staff to be very friendly and supportive. Check-in was smooth and easy. I appreciated the hotel interior and architecture.
The pool was small relative to the number of rooms available. Clean towels were not available during my 8:45 pm swim time. I had to return to my room to get a bathrobe. The front desk did not seem attentive to special requests prior to arrival, it seemed.

indoor biophilia marina bay dust bunnies wooden panel
the beautiful interior featured lots of indoor biophilia. open space made the premises very inviting. i particularly appreciated the view across the marina bay from my room. it was expansive and calming.
the hotel's housekeeping was below par. i found dust bunnies behind the door and stains on the wooden panel. i contacted the front office, hoping they would send someone for another round of cleaning, but it was still a disappointment.

lovely room, great location
filter tap concierge staff
i loved the room. it had a filter tap and more wood. the concierge staff assisted with directions to suntec and marina square. suresh, the head of concierge, guided his team well. mogan and yazry were always smiling.

convenient location filtered water urban farm
The hotel offers a very convenient location. The rooms feature filtered drinking water and a nespresso machine. The swimming pool on level 5 is amazing, along with the urban farm next to the lobby eatery.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
spacious room friendly staff
The room was very spacious and featured a lovely view. I found great amenities inside the room. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked very well. Staff members were friendly, always ready to help with a big smile. Concierge staff recommended things to do and helped book transport to the airport.
The room was not soundproofed. I could hear children running in the corridor, shouting, and babies crying. Sounds of vehicles downstairs were also audible.

The pool was beautiful and included a toddler pool with shade. There was also a kids' play area equipped with a soft floor, toys, books, walkers, a ball pit, and climbing items. These facilities were clean and well-kept for the kids.

The COLLECTION Club King room had modern features. The filtration system in the room was useful, I did not need to request water bottles!
The halogen lights above the bed were too bright, so I kept them off.
