spacious room mini fridge chelsea bridge
The room was spacious. it included a mini fridge. I did not expect it. the hotel is convenient for exploring the Battersea area, very close to chelsea bridge.
the gym is somewhat tired and the tv does not work there.

helpful service comfortable bed excellent food
i appreciate staff offered helpful service . i changed rooms because of noise, and they were accommodating. i found my room clean and the bed was comfortable. the bar food in the evening was excellent and offered good value.
i noticed the gym only had basic equipment.

the beautiful king room was spacious with a large television, useful. the room had a tidy appearance and the windows were well insulated. i found the temperature control in the room good.

i did not have the chance to use the pool, yet it looked inviting. breakfast service included scrambled eggs, which i found nice. there is a car park right next to the hotel if you need it.

stained lamps loose shower
The room looked a bit dated, I spotted stains on the ceiling and lamps. The shower head was also loose. In the pool, someone had spit in the water, rather unpleasant. That's on the guest, not the staff, of COURSE.

A Battersea Ballad, Sweet Memories Woven!
river proximity superb comfort unique charm
I adored the river proximity. It was ideal for an early morning walk, so romantic! The room provided superb comfort. I slept soundly. The closeness to Battersea Power Station made exploring easy. It has such unique charm.
The gym felt a bit small. I would have loved more equipment choices.

Breakfast offered many choices, with fresh pastries and hot dishes available each morning. The food was AMAZING!!! The dining area had lovely views, a special start to the day. The service was prompt.

The spa was super clean and felt very tranquil. Soft music played throughout. The pool was heated, nice for a swim. I felt so relaxed. The gym was fully equipped, though it was a bit compact.
