excellent service and great location
efficient staff great location useful option
the hotel was super clean. all the staff were professional and efficient. customer service was a real focus for them. the location of the hotel made it easy to get around, close to shops and eateries. even before my stay, staff helped me organize trips, providing useful options and websites.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
spacious room convenient access rude staff normal experience
i found the room spacious and it had a well-stocked minibar the modern lounge available before check-in had shower facilities i found that to be a great touch the hotel's location offered convenient access to shopping areas i found this helpful.
i thought the lobby cafe staff were rude and rushed this created a poor atmosphere on arrival and checkout the facilities seemed alright but nothing overly special it didn't feel like a normal 5-star hotel experience to me i think it felt more like a budget-5 or 4+.

a bit underwhelming, i'd say.
rushed staff budget experience
the club floor access was fine, i suppose.
The lobby cafe staff seemed quite rushed. A poor first impression. it felt more like a budget experience than a proper upscale hotel. i certainly wouldn't book a honeymoon here.

mini bar gourmet food crab dishes
The complimentary mini bar was amazing. The Market Canteen provides a range of multicultural gourmet foods, Dinner buffet is the heaven of fussy eaters. Many dishes with various crab preparations were the best thing since sliced bread!!!

quick check-in killer view
I found amazing service. eric helped us a ton on arrival. Check-in was quick. he upgraded us since it was our first visit. plus, the suite had a killer view! housekeeping was great too, always tidy.
