The room was ready upon my arrival and check-in went smoothly! The hotel provided a shuttle service to the beach, a feature I found very convenient. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Nearby were both a metro station and several shops.

i stayed in a studio and received an upgrade to a single bedroom. the facilities were good. i used the bar facility. the bar ambience was quiet and relaxing.

Solid Hotel with Great Service
spacious roomswide range
rooms were very spacious. the bar had a wide range of offers. breakfast included a vast array of choices. yoon attended to every need. adityao was always on hand to help. matthew ensured eggs were cooked perfectly.
The hotel management seemed more focused on making money than providing great customer service. It was a noticeable drawback.

The staff was very attentive. Yoon attended to every need. adityao was always available to assist guests with requests. housekeeping was fantastic and always remembered to add extra water.
