convenient stay by the station

train station location friendly staff soundproof room bright lobby

The hotel's location directly across from the train station was a major plus. the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, even preparing a bagged breakfast because of our early departure. our room was quiet, with good soundproofing. Our pet dog stayed relaxed, not reacting to any outside noise. the lobby had a bright, cute feel.

the room was a bit small and could use some updating.

The breakfast was decent , it included cooked eggs.

The carpet in my room HAD stains , that was not aesthetically pleasing. Also , the toilet seat was partially unhinged , , Made it awkward to use. CHECK-IN was delayed due to long lines.

quiet room excellent location adequate breakfast

The room faced the back, so it was very quiet. For a short stay, the location is excellent, just opposite the St Charles Station. It is a short walk to the main shopping area and sea promenade. Breakfast was adequate.. It was busy on the weekend with families, so it was first come, first served until they refilled items.

The room was a bit tight for three people, though we were only there to sleep.

The staff was helpful. They provided assistance with luggage storage before check-in. They also offered access to the bathroom and provided refreshing water to arriving guests. Pillows were promptly delivered upon request.

Convenient stay near the station

convenient location friendly staff effective sound insulation

The hotel's location is excellent as it is just across the street from the train station I could easily reach my onward destination. Staff members were friendly and always available to assist with any questions. My room was clean and a good size for a short stay. The sound insulation was effective given the proximity to the station ensuring a quiet night.

I noticed that there was no minibar or fridge in the room. This would have been useful for keeping drinks cool especially during warmer weather.

The breakfast buffet began at 6:30 a.m. with cooked eggs, meat, and vegetables available. There were croissants, various breads, yogurt, and an assortment of dried fruits and nuts. The breakfast area looked clean, organized, and well-stocked.
