The hotel's location directly across from the train station was a major plus. the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, even preparing a bagged breakfast because of our early departure. our room was quiet, with good soundproofing. Our pet dog stayed relaxed, not reacting to any outside noise. the lobby had a bright, cute feel.

The carpet in my room HAD stains , that was not aesthetically pleasing. Also , the toilet seat was partially unhinged , , Made it awkward to use. CHECK-IN was delayed due to long lines.

The room faced the back, so it was very quiet. For a short stay, the location is excellent, just opposite the St Charles Station. It is a short walk to the main shopping area and sea promenade. Breakfast was adequate.. It was busy on the weekend with families, so it was first come, first served until they refilled items.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is just across the street from the train station I could easily reach my onward destination. Staff members were friendly and always available to assist with any questions. My room was clean and a good size for a short stay. The sound insulation was effective given the proximity to the station ensuring a quiet night.
