My room included a coffee maker and kettle. This allowed for convenient morning coffee. The bathroom included a tub and shower. This was a welcome feature. I found Leonidas Chocolate shop around the corner. The treats were AMAZING!!!

the hotel's location is advantageous, being close to the old port. i found many shops and restaurants within walking distance. breakfast offered a wide array of options. the staff provided prompt service.
i had some difficulty with the bathroom sink drain, though maintenance resolved it quickly. i noticed the sink drain was slow, needing attention.

breakfast had a sufficient variety of choices including pastries and fresh fruit, all presented neatly. the breakfast area was clean and well-kept. coffee and tea were readily available, allowing a satisfying start to the day.

the reception staff displayed genuine warmth and efficiency during check-in. they provided clear information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions. when i required assistance with a minor maintenance issue, the staff responded quickly, resolving the problem efficiently.

The air conditioning system made constant humming noises ALL night. I found it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep well. Also , the receptionist seemed uninterested in assisting with minor requests.

The room included a sitting area and a fridge, i found that convenient. the bathroom featured a french balcony window and a double vanity. I liked that layout. breakfast was included and offered a wide selection of food, i sampled almost everything and thought it was delicious.
the hotel lacked a designated vehicle drop-off area, i had to carry my luggage about 30 meters to the check-in desk.
