limited tea missing fridge

The staff at reception and the café were friendly. The breakfast was of great quality.

The tea and coffee making facility seemed quite limited. I found a kettle with two teabags but no milk or coffee. The cups lacked handles, and the saucers were essentially plates so the cups slid all over them. I also noticed no fridge in the room.

Fantastic Stay!

comfy bed all-day breakfast convenient location

I found my room clean and the bed surprisingly comfy! The all-day breakfast option from 8:00 to 22:00 was so convenient. I loved that the location was near U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops. Kurfurstendamm Strasse. It was easy to explore!

The towels in the bathroom felt a tiny bit small.

I found the all-day breakfast at Benedict's delicious, and the menu had so many options I needed to try them all! The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic, I loved it.

The rooms have a fun decor. I seemed like visiting friends. My room had a ceiling fan, and the air conditioning worked very well. Both kept me comfortable, and I did not feel hot at all, a great thing.

The room decor featured cool details such as vinyls with a record player and a basketball hanging from the wall. This added character. The bed was comfortable leading to a delay at checkout. The staff were very kind and warming to guests. I found the reception process efficient as a solo traveler.

The room had no sound proofing. I was able to hear everything in the room next to mine, especially at night. This.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Staff provided excellent recommendations for shops in the city. A barcode was present in the elevator, which proved to be very helpful for finding information.
