the lobby impressed me and guest facilities included a spa and gym. my room, though simple, was clean, quiet, and comfortable. the price point felt right, given what i received. i enjoyed the convenience of having multiple restaurants and bars available in the hotel.

My room was disappointing for the price i paid. I was given two single beds. after the room was cleaned, room service staff repeatedly entered my room, this invaded my privacy. i found this unacceptable and it made me concerned about my belongings.

i found street parking without issues, it was free (a real plus!). the room was very clean and the bathroom looked new. the view from the higher floor was nice, i could see quite far. i especially liked filling out the online registration in advance, it made check-in quick.

the receptionist was very helpful and called me to check if everything was okay with the room, which i thought was a nice touch. i was pleased with the warm and welcoming staff, they were very patient.

while i did not eat at the restaurants, i noticed there were several options available (a wide variety). the lounge area downstairs appeared spacious and had a luxurious feel, a nice place to relax. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the hotel itself felt very large but well-equipped to handle a large number of guests. the design included surrealist paintings on the second floor and abstract paintings downstairs, i found them interesting. the underground parking had plenty of spaces available.
