excellent value and convenient location
spacious suite quiet blocks free snacks
The suite i stayed in was very spacious and clean. It even included a walk-in wardrobe. the separate blocks ensured the hotel remained quiet, and apartments are available for longer stays. i especially appreciated the free snacks provided by the bar and reception, a lovely touch.
during my stay, i noticed the breakfast buffet could use some improvement in terms of food quality and selection. i found the choices somewhat limited, a bit disappointing.

uneven experience
poor air conditioning slow service
the breakfast was good with a decent variety.
The air conditioning barely worked so that was quite uncomfortable especially since it was july. the room smelled bad and the bed felt TOO firm. also, getting a drink at the bar was a chore. Staff seemed to prioritize everything ELSE over serving guests.

mould issue cold water
the breakfast offered a decent variety of options, and the croissants were pretty good.
unfortunately, there were ants in the room near the patio door and windows (i even found them on the bed). the sofa bed was not comfortable, and there was mould in the bathroom. the outdoor pool faces a graffiti wall, and the water was very cold, even though the air temperature was high.
