the receptionist WAS helpful when i checked in. i found the room spacious, especially the family room. breakfast is good, they had a big selection. public transport being close to the subway is a definite plus.

Finding the registration desk took a few tries. It is integrated into a conference center.

the room IS spacious and clean. it also had comfortable beds. windows are well insulated so the room IS quiet. the design feels like a luxury yacht, the colors are neutral.

The reception staff demonstrated amazing friendliness, always ready to assist. i discovered great convenience in the supermarket situated within the building. I also appreciated the proximity to public transport, with the subway just across the street. The hotel boasts a superb gym on the third floor, complete with well-kept equipment.

Despite being generally satisfied, i did observe a slight limitation in the variety of food offered at the buffet.

The front desk provided great assistance, promptly arranging mattress toppers when i mentioned the mattresses felt too firm. Staff efficiently managed an emergency i had, showing genuine care. this was reassuring.
