Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be lovely, surrounded by a gorgeous indoor courtyard decorated with modern artist's paintings and metal art. However, the cleanliness was an issue due to the limited staff available. The service was excellent, with staff willing to carry luggage, being very caring, and providing overall helpful customer service. The location is terrific, right in the center of the city, near museums and historic buildings. The dining experience was a letdown with poor-quality breakfast. Overall, the hotel offers a beautiful building, kind staff, and a great location.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms captured the essence of the city with their high ceilings, giant old wooden doors, and charming balconies offering glimpses of the cathedral and busy street below. The quiet and cool atmosphere made for a relaxing retreat, but I would have appreciated a bit more space in the room. The service was exceptional, catering to our crazy schedules and accommodating our needs with professionalism and a friendly attitude. The central location was perfect, surrounded by great dining options and attractions within easy reach. The dining experience in the charming courtyard was delightful, although I wished for more variety in the breakfast menu.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a nice big bed and a pleasant smell, but there was a weird smell at times, and the water supply was unreliable on two consecutive days, which was frustrating. The cleaning could use more attention to detail.
