excellent access clean room friendly staff good breakfast
the hotel's location offered excellent access to the city. the rooms were clean and well maintained. i found the staff consistently friendly . breakfast included a good variety and was reasonable in quality.
the concierge did not apologize after damaging a handle on my luggage, i found this quite rude.

the hotel is a short walk from the main square, offering convenient access to various attractions, it benefits from being located on a quieter street. this provides a more nothing noisy though everything is still very accessible.

the breakfast buffet includes a wide selection of items to accommodate diverse tastes, i noticed many options from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. the restaurant staff were attentive and efficient.

My room included modern amenities such as a flat screen tv and high speed internet access. The room was also equipped with a minibar. daily housekeeping kept the space clean and orderly. i found the air conditioning to be effective.

The breakfast was generous at this hotel. The offering included a variety of choices.
I found the service in the rooms deficient. The provided towels had visible stains. Housekeeping did not replenish the shampoo, and the bedsheets felt rough against my skin. These issues should be addressed.
