the hotel's location offered excellent access to the city. the rooms were clean and well maintained. i found the staff consistently friendly . breakfast included a good variety and was reasonable in quality.
the concierge did not apologize after damaging a handle on my luggage, i found this quite rude.

the hotel is a short walk from the main square, offering convenient access to various attractions, it benefits from being located on a quieter street. this provides a more nothing noisy though everything is still very accessible.

I found the service in the rooms deficient. The provided towels had visible stains. Housekeeping did not replenish the shampoo, and the bedsheets felt rough against my skin. These issues should be addressed.
