Overall, my stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet, except for a minor issue with noise at night. They were spotlessly clean, adding to the pleasant experience. However, the dining experience was not as expected. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore. Despite a few shortcomings, the value for money was reasonable.

The hotel room felt like a prison cell with no balcony or eye-level window, and the decor was so depressing that we opted to book at the Sheraton instead for the same price, which was magnificent. The location, despite being close to the malls, lacked an outside view and was not as appealing as expected.

My stay at this hotel was superb! The location is fantastic, right in front of Murray St, making it super convenient to explore the city center. The room was clean, comfy, and exceeded my expectations. The staff provided outstanding service, always there to assist with a smile, although some could have been a bit more agreeable. The hotel's position is excellent, close to everything in the CBD and Northbridge, as well as convenient for transportation. The dining experience was of epic proportions, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, great value for money!
