convenient location helpful staff dated decor poor insulation

The hotel's location was perfect. it was right downtown, allowing me easy access to everything (i walked almost everywhere!). the staff at the front desk was also very helpful. They provided great suggestions for local attractions.

the room decor seemed a bit dated. i could hear noise from other rooms, so the sound insulation could be improved. (i'm usually not that sensitive, but it was noticeable.)

the location proved central for various activities. i easily walked to nearby attractions. the attached restaurant offered a delicious italian dinner with attentive service. the staff responded quickly when i needed something.

the hotel hallways felt quite noisy. i heard sounds from other rooms. i wished for thicker walls to reduce the disturbance.

the front desk staff greeted me warmly. they also offered helpful directions to local attractions and transit options. the hotel provided a tea kettle upon request, a detail i found convenient. i also appreciated the comfortable bed which gave me good rest.

I found the parking garage directions a bit confusing. Signage could be clearer!

the staff promptly called the lift as they saw me. i received recommendations for local restaurants and clear directions. early access to the room was a good surprise. these small touches made a big difference.

the tv in my room was small and not functional. it was a minor inconvenience, but i would have appreciated a working television for entertainment.

The location is excellent. I walked to Rogers Arena for a concert. My room was ready early. That was a definite plus. The staff were very pleasant. I encountered people from different shifts..

the parking was a little confusing on arrival.
