The hotel is in a prime location, steps away from the waterfront pathway and a short walk to Stanley Park. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable with a well-stocked fridge and complimentary coffee. The service is top-notch with super friendly and helpful staff. The dining options are limited but satisfying, and the facilities are well-maintained.

I found the hotel's location very convenient for the event I attended, although there was a lack of clarity on procedures and deposits during check-in. The rooms were a bit tight with two beds squeezed in, and there was some noise from early morning traffic. The daily cleaning service was a plus, but the unexpected hefty security deposit was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were peaceful and quiet, making for an excellent experience, although it was a bit challenging to keep warm due to drafty windows. The cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, with useful briefings and even a kind gesture of offering a ride in the hotel's SUV. The location was superb, close to downtown and within walking distance to various attractions. The dining options were varied and filling, with attentive staff. However, the lack of amenities like a pool or hot tub was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms, despite being a bit on the small side, were very comfortable overall. The heat didn't work properly causing the room to get overly warm, even with all the windows open. However, the room included a large fridge, a comfy bed with good quality pillows, nice bathroom products, and cable TV which added to the comfort. The service was top-notch, especially considering they were very accommodating to our dog and even dropped us off in the Yaletown area. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and within walking distance of many downtown attractions. The dining options were somewhat limited and pricey, but the quality of the breakfast served was excellent. The facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay overall.
