Kiti, the manager, offered excellent customer service . The front desk team was equally excellent , and they were very helpful. I received complimentary red wine adding a special touch.
The spa and hot tub were unavailable . I had really hoped to use them.

The lack of air conditioning in the initial room was UNpleasant. A room change followed. The spa/hot tub was out of service (i looked forward to it). The breakfast service was slow, and the menu lacked variety.

My room lacked proper heating. The provided space heater was insufficient to warm the space adequately. The water pressure in the shower was also quite poor. It made showering less than ideal. The hotel should address these issues before accommodating more guests.

the front desk staff was very helpful. the valet was attentive and efficient. the restaurant looked clean and bright and staff was very polite. i found the location to be great and within walking distance of many attractions.
the air conditioning didn't work in my first room. i had to switch rooms and this was inconvenient.
