good selection fresh breakfasts
the hotel's location next to the famous bridge charmed me. the breakfast had a good selection of items.. the fresh takeaway breakfasts impressed me for my early flight.
there was no elevator so i had to carry my luggage up the stairs.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Shortcomings
unfriendly receptionist security gate
The location is quite good, very close to the bridge.
The cleaning staff disturbed me before 9 a.m on a Sunday morning. I also felt interrogated by the older male receptionist during check-in. He lacked friendliness. The fire hazard of locking a security gate on the stairs to access the hotel after 7 p.m concerned me

i found the location to be very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. the room provided robes and slippers for added comfort. the reception staff were friendly and helpful . i visited the restaurant and bar and found them to be satisfactory.
i noticed some street noise from my room, so a back room might be preferable for a quieter stay.

excellent location friendly staff good breakfast no air conditioning elevated shower thin wall
The location was excellent. It was very close to everything. the room decor seemed unique, a nice touch. the staff were very friendly, always ready to assist (i felt very welcome). breakfast had a good selection of items.
our room lacked air conditioning. the shower had an elevated base. the thin walls allowed noise from other rooms to be heard quite easily (this was an issue during the night).
