The location was excellent, right by the bus station (so handy!). i really liked the breakfast. I found it tasty with various choices. the staff were helpful and informative. They answered my questions well.
my room faced the reception and a hotel exit. it was a little noisy because of this.

the breakfast room was really cramped there wasn't much space to move around the food options were also limited and the coffee machine often had a long queue i also noticed that the bathroom in my room was quite small it had minimal counter space making it difficult to manage toiletries the shower was also a bit dated and could use an upgrade. cramped breakfast room, dated shower

the receptionist WAS not friendly during check-in procedures. the room, a standard double room, felt quite SMALL and somewhat cramped. lighting was minimal. i noticed a faint smell of stale air.

i found the staff really helpful and pleasant. breakfast had a good variety of options available. the hotel's location was perfect it was very close to the center and the bus station i easily accessed everything i needed to see. this made exploring the city easy and saved me a lot of travel time

the breakfast room seemed very cramped. everyone was pushing around to get food and it was difficult to move. the food was okay but the room itself wasn't very nice. i think they should make some improvements.
