i found the staff very friendly and helpful at all times . the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. breakfast offered a good selection of choices each morning.

my room had a great view from the tenth floor and it was big and clean. the water pressure was great throughout the stay i really appreciated it after long travel days.

the pool is located on the twenty-sixth floor and the views are superb. there is also a sauna available with great views the spa area was large and well decorated it felt quite exclusive.

reception staff were efficient and helpful during check-in. i found the personnel generally cute and very professional they responded effectively to my requests. 24/7 check-in was available which was very convenient.

The breakfast had varied choices.
I WAS disappointed THAT my drinks had been cleared while I got food. On one morning, my table was taken. The vegetable chopping skills WERE subpar, with only cheese available for sandwiches. The boiled eggs seemed OVERCOOKED.
