splendid stay
awesome breakfast bookshop theme kind staff
The breakfast was awesome with a good range. the waiting area WAS nicely furnished, showcasing a bookshop theme throughout. the reception staff acted very KINDLY after i arrived late. They provided food and drink.
I PAID for parking. the garage is public and very narrow. i GOT a parking ticket even though i PAID through the hotel.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with lost suitcases. rosiE, helena, and maria especially provided significant support. they added value with their dedication.

The breakfast buffet offered many different options. Everything available tasted delicious. a wide assortment of foods was available. i noticed that every item was constantly refreshed and well-kept.

the hotel is located in a very good neighbourhood with proximity to the city center. the metro station is located on the same street. Östermalms indoor market offers delicious lunch options nearby.

fresh fruit selection helpful staff queen superior cherry
The breakfast buffet included MANY options, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The bar area provided a comfortable space with helpful staff. My Queen Superior Cherry room was clean and well kept.
The room was a bit smaller than expected.

easy reach many choices super friendly staff thick dust tiny room swedish channels
the hotel's location proved convenient, placing me within easy reach of many attractions. breakfast was a treat, offering many choices. the staff were super friendly (i really felt welcomed).
i noticed some dust throughout my room, and the housekeeping wasn't up to par. the room was tiny. the tv had only a couple channels available, and both were in swedish.

convenient location good breakfast friendly staff small room inconsistent shower street noise
I appreciated the hotel's location. it allowed for easy access to many attractions. the breakfast was quite good. I especially liked the variety of choices offered. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they provided excellent service.
The room felt a little small. i wish there was more storage space available. the shower temperature wasn't consistent. It fluctuated a bit. the noise from the street was noticeable at times! though i understand it's a city.

the breakfast was excellent, it Had a wide variety of options i could choose from.
the room WAS very small, and there was not a single phone. i had to go downstairs in MY pajamas to report noise complaints.
