I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the central rail station. It made travel very easy. the room was quiet and clean which was a big plus. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and all of it tasted fresh.

i totally enjoyed my stay the staff gave awesome restaurant tips i even discovered a cool photobooth right in the lobby it is such a fun way to make memories i found great running routes near the hotel i explored haga park during a saturday park run and also ventured towards gamla stan
the gym felt a little small it is like an average double room i wish it had a bit more space for workouts

the lobby carpet had some noticeable stains. i also found that there wasn't a fridge in my room. the a/c struggled to keep the room cool enough, i found it disappointing. the door also didn't lock properly and i had to.

the location proved convenient (I walked everywhere!). it was only a five-minute walk to the central station and various restaurants. the main reception area had a stylish feel with a fun photo booth, I enjoyed using it with my friends. our superior twin room had tall ceilings and ample space.
during my stay, i found that the staff were not always proactive with information. i had to request housekeeping specifically, and this wasn't communicated to me upon arrival. i discovered only on my final night that i needed to inform the staff one day in advance.

the room was not cleaned during my four-day stay , even after i asked the front desk to take out the trash and replace the towels , nothing happened. it was annoying to deal with this lack of service.

the location was central, made getting around easy.
My room, felt very small and i found no kettle in it. moving around the room proved difficult due to the bed occupying most of the space. It was dissapointing.
