city view delight
city view spacious room overall design convenient location
the room on the sixth floor gave a nice view of the city, the room was spacious! i appreciated the overall design! the paintings of mucha on the walls added a special touch, bonus points for that. the location near the metro and bus station florenc was very convenient for exploring.

The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. It set a positive tone for my mornings. there was also an indian restaurant named kashmir in the hotel. It is totally worth a visit if you enjoy asian food.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. This helped with navigating the city. they provided valuable information about the city and czechia, so i valued this.

Awesome Stay Near Everything!
spacious room city view
The room was spacious on the sixth floor. It had a terrace with a nice city view. The beds were very comfortable. I slept like a baby! Breakfast came included. That's always a plus!
The air conditioner was quite noisy, I could hear everything happening on the street and in the corridors. It made sleeping a bit difficult!

The breakfast had many options. I enjoyed the variety each morning! The hotel provided a super clean and cozy environment in the breakfast area, made dining a pleasant start to my day. I appreciate a good breakfast. It sets the tone!

The location is great, just a few meters from the tram stop and the metro station. This made getting around the area super easy! The accessibility to public transportation was a huge plus, I could explore the area quickly.

The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The staff was helpful. They printed a metro schedule for me. The location is amazing. Two metro lines are very close.
The ac WAS noisy. It made it difficult to sleep. The room got warm at night. I could hear what happened in the street.

Acceptable but with Some Issues
loud noise loud breakfast
The air conditioner made a VERY loud noise all night (it came from the tubes). The on and off switch didn't stop it. I couldn't sleep, and i found this unacceptable. The breakfast room was a little loud.

the renovated room offered extra space for luggage, convenient. the location provided quiet respite, slightly away from the center. hanka at reception was helpful and accommodating. the breakfast selection included thoughtful gluten-free options.

The rooms were beautiful, exceeding expectations set by photos. everything felt comfortable. i really appreciated the staff. They were very helpful and cute.
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. i also noticed some sounds from the street and corridors at night. proper soundproofing could help.
