the location is GREAT. it is near the city center and the main train station is a short walk. many tourist attractions are very close. the hotel is also close to many points of interest and you can easily get around to SEE the sights.
my room was not cleaned as expected. i placed the label to clean the room at the proper time. only small towel got replaced and no cups or tea were replenished, this.

the room was big and the hotel's location allows easy walks around the center check-in and checkout were smooth. the staff offered coffee and water when i waited in the reception area to go to the airport. the location is near a vietnamese restaurant and a 24-hour mini market for beer and wine.
the air conditioning stopped by itself making it necessary to restart it.
