good location breakfast option convenient communication
The location was really good, close to the main street with shops. I liked that it was an easy walk. I enjoyed the breakfast options they provided. The staff used WhatsApp for communication. This made ordering food convenient.

decent stay with some drawbacks
helpful staff well-kept garden clean pool poor breakfast wrong bed mosquito problem
The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. the garden was very well kept and clean. the swimming pool also received good maintenance. It was clean. the resort is within easy walking distance of several shops and restaurants.
the breakfast was the worst i had . however, i got two single beds on the first floor. there were a lot of mosquitos in the room and it was hard to get rid of them.

spacious room on-site restaurant road noise pool area
The on-site restaurant was very good. The rooms were also very spacious, I could relax easily.
I noticed road noise through the day. It continued late into the night. The shared pool area was alongside the noisy street as well.

Comfortable Stay Near Eat Street
great location convenient breakfast
The location was great, close to restaurants on Jl Kayu Aya. Breakfast was served in the villa at my requested time. The restaurant food was good and priced well. It was convenient when I did not want to go out because of rain.
The resort did not have parasols near the pool sunbeds. This was a problem since it was too sunny. There was no shade.

The room featured a large bathroom. It had a big, spacious shower area with a rainfall showerhead. There were chairs and a table located just outside the room. This was very nice.

a decent experience
large balcony quiet lane charming appearance outdated decor old linen unclean kitchen
the room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool. it featured one double bed and a single bed perfect for our family. the resort sits on a quiet lane and has a charming appearance. it is within walking distance of seminyak village and seminyak square.
the villa decor was outdated it was not modern. linen provided was very old and drab. the outdoor kitchen was unusable because of the unclean area and utensils.
