I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was clean and comfortable, the wall-to-wall carpet made it look a bit unfresh. The service, particularly from Nita, Aldy, Agung, Mashruhan, Adit, Amri, Mitha, and Tedy Asmara, was extremely friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for my needs, but not very central. The dining experience was great, with a variety of food options. The facilities were good overall.
