acceptable stay but breakfast issues
easy transportationstaff shortages
the hotel is located outside the city, however easy transportation is available.
the breakfast setup had issues one morning. several tour groups stayed, so the hotel struggled to manage the numbers. staff shortages meant clearing tables was slow, and guests waited for clean dishes.

The hotel location is almost perfect! public transport is very close. the staff are cute and helpful. I even received a surprise cake, a present, and a birthday message in my room, very kind.
the bathroom floor looked a little dirty, and the glass surfaces were not entirely clean.
