beautiful decor spacious room warm staff special celebration
My daughter and i just returned! the decor displayed beauty and the room provided spaciousness and cleanliness. all the staff welcomed us with open arms. Their kindness touched our hearts. it was my daughter's birthday, and they celebrated her in a way . i will definitely stay again. It's a treasure.
The shower used a curtain instead of a glass screen. Water escaped easily, leaving the bathroom wet after each use.

The staff offered a friendly, helpful service! chris and david provided tour-guide-level assistance with honest advice. they ensured we felt safe during both day and night explorations. The prosecco was a perfect welcome gesture.

Breakfast includes many choices. You can request extras from the kitchen. the value is excellent. It was like a 'mama mia' dream with the quality of food. fresh scrambled eggs are available daily.

The bed offered sublime comfort after long days of walking! gowns, slippers, and lots of towels made relaxing even easier. there is a wine bar. Amazing cocktails are offered there. a cinema room provided additional entertainment.

Fantastic City Stay!
spacious suite comfy bed amazing cocktails
Our suite was spacious. The bed was great after walking around, I rested well. The breakfast area had plenty of choices. The setting was beautiful. David and Chris. They were superstars. I would book again. I appreciated the hotel's quirkiness. The bed was comfy and large. There were many breakfast options. I tried the fresh scrambled eggs. A fab wine bar offered amazing cocktails. There was also a coffee place and cinema area.
The room assigned was quite small. It was up many stairs. Maneuvering luggage was tricky.

minor inconveniences during stay
small room unreliable shower
the staff was helpful enough upon my arrival. i appreciate that.
the room size proved inadequate as it was far smaller than anticipated. moreover, the bathroom presented challenges, notably the unreliable shower that alternated between hot and cold without warning. shelf for toiletries was also absent.

the breakfast had everything i needed.
our room was small and up many stairs. this made moving around with luggage hard. the bathroom lacked a shelf, so i put everything on the floor.
