Excellent Stay for Business

The location is superb for trade fair visits. It is directly opposite Messe. The central station is easily accessible, and tram stops are nearby. The room included complimentary water, which i appreciated. I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the hallways, though my room was perfect.

The breakfast buffet presented multiple options and good food. Refills were occasionally slow, so some products would run out during peak hours. Attention to more frequent replenishment is necessary.

I appreciated the proximity to Messe. The room offered both a kettle and a coffee machine with capsules, i found this very helpful. The bathroom was spacious with enough room for all my items.
The lack of available parking was a major inconvenience. The hotel has very few spaces, i could not reserve a spot, and i needed to use a costly off-site garage.

the rooms included tea and coffee facilities. the room was clean. despite being near the festival hall, the room was quiet (a definite plus!). the breakfast had a good selection of options.
air conditioning was not working in multiple rooms. i selected a double or twin room but i wanted a twin. reception staff were rude saying i booked a double and they would not change it. plumbing from the bathroom in one room emitted a very bad smell.
