fantastic short trip
clean room detailed attention
the room, grand beautiful double room, was very clean. everything i needed, from toiletries to extra towels, was available in the room. i noticed the superb attention to detail everywhere. the location was great for seeing local attractions.
one minor inconvenience, the gym felt a bit small. i prefer MORE space for workouts.

the hotel offers a well kept indoor pool, accessible until 10 PM. there are options for dining, including a notable glasswing restaurant with polite staff, and a bar, perfect for both work and relaxation with street views.

Really good Elegance and Comfort
luxury feel helpful staff excellent location
The hotel has a real luxury feel. The staff were great and very helpful. Pia was particularly informative. The location is excellent. It is near a major shopping area and museums.
The gym is a bit small and very dark. The lighting is poor.

The hotel features a SPA and a pool. The pool area includes comfortable loungers. The gym has good equipment, but could be brighter, so more light is welcome.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The selection included beef tartare. The breakfast is ala carte, with high quality ingredients. The SOP is clearly working.

The staff were friendly. Check-in was friendly and informative. Doormen were very friendly. The front desk staff get the job done and appear interested.

a satisfactory stay
friendly staff excellent breakfast filthy carpet no upgrade
the staff were always friendly. the breakfast was excellent, i found it very respectful that they were always attentive to our halal food. the location provided easy access to transportation.
the superior room was not upgraded, even though i asked for it. the carpet in the room was filthy, this was not a pleasant experience. it seemed like something you shouldn't have to complain about in such a place.
