the breakfast selection offered many options daily.
i found the gym apparatus inadequate, lacking a multi gym. some food items contained excessive soy sauce. i also observed that the staff did not mention the need for a reserve card for room service during check in.

The location is great, close to the cruise port. It's only a short walk. i enjoyed the erasmus bridge view a lot. i found the room very clean. the breakfast selection was plentiful.
I noticed the gym could use a multi gym apparatus. That would utilize the limited space well.

the gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. the hotel provides free wifi throughout the premises. elvy gastrobar offers al fresco dining with a new menu and innovative cocktails.

every staff member i met was friendly and helpful, taking the time to. breakfast staff ensured the buffet was always fresh and well-stocked. the reception staff efficiently handled check-in and any inquiries.

breakfast included many choices and all was good. The location IS GREAT, close to the metro station. Rooms felt spacious and clean.

the hotel is next to the erasmus bridge. it allows easy access to different parts of the city. this can be done by walking or using public transport. the view from the 18th floor was lovely.
the room was small. it had a lot of flaws too. the shower is see through, and there is no separate bathroom. i stayed with a colleague, not ideal.

The staff was helpful and provided a list of sightseeing recommendations. The room had a beautiful view. I found the room spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a lot of options, and it was the best breakfast I have ever had.
