The location is excellent with plaza mayor only steps away. The location made exploring effortless. the room included a convenient refrigerator. the shower had strong water pressure.
The bathroom lacked proper ventilation. This led to moisture accumulation. the glass bathroom door offered limited privacy.

The staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. This assistance was invaluable. receptionists were happy to provide cups and coffee upon request as well.

The location was excellent. i could easily walk to many attractions (plaza mayor was just across the street). the staff were also very friendly and helpful. the shower was good. I appreciated the water pressure.
The room was quite small. it was hard to fit two suitcases in there (i travelled with a friend). the cleanliness wasn't great. I saw some stained wallpaper.

Excellent Central Location

The location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to major attractions. The staff were cute and always ready to assist with directions. The room also featured comfortable beds. I slept very well (a must for any good hotel!).
The hotel hallway was somewhat old. The limited space in the closet made storing clothes difficult.

The breakfast included scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and assorted pastries. It offered great variety. Several dining and coffee options exist nearby. The San Miguel Market is very close by.

The room was clean, offering a well-insulated space. The bathroom was a generous size. I had a rainfall shower in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked well.

The location is excellent. I could easily walk to plaza mayor (it's right there!). the shower was also great. It had good pressure and temperature control.
The television lacked english options. I would have liked that feature.
