The staff were lovely and very helpful. The cleaning staff were quick and efficient.
the accommodations were low quality! the check in experience was frustrating. it was like a hostel or a dorm room with a private bathroom, though the price made me think the room quality would be higher.

the location PROVIDED easy access to nearby restaurants, i guess.
The room lacked proper sound insulation, SO noise easily penetrated. i found it difficult to relax, particularly during evening hours. also, the breakfast selection was limited. Refills WERE scarce, which proved frustrating.

The room had two complimentary bottles of water on arrival. I appreciated that the bathroom provided multiple towels and washcloths. There was also a shower with good water pressure! The free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice perk. I found the area near the hotel had plentiful dining options.

the location was quite convenient for exploring the city. i found the staff to be helpful and attentive . complimentary coffee and water were available throughout the day (a nice touch). the mini bar was also a plus.
the room i had was quite small, a little cramped for a longer stay. the fridge also didn't seem to keep things cold enough.

damaged wallpaperair conditioning
The air conditioning did not work properly. i found this disappointing because it made the room uncomfortably warm. The room was a double room. also, the wallpaper was damaged, which detracted from the overall appearance. it definitely affected the feeling of the place though the staff tried their best.
