The staff was kind and always reachable. They answered all questions. The jacuzzi was a plus. I found the location near the beach convenient.
The hotel felt small when there were many clients. This was noticeable at breakfast and the pool. I seemed like i was in a shared accommodation with other clients. It may be good for couples or friends, but not families.

i booked a room for SEVEN days and the staff could not have been more helpful. it was like being part of ONE big family there. everyone. even other guests was like FAMILY by the end of their stays.
the shower drain was a LITTLE slow, but it really was not a big issue AT all.

the staff IS attentive and friendly throughout my entire stay. they promptly addressed every request and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. their dedication to guest satisfaction REALLY stood out.

i found the location really good, a true convenience. the staff seemed genuinely eager to assist and their english was clear, a big help. everything remained nothing messy, a testament to diligent upkeep. i thought the breakfast had selections and it was a nice start to each day.
the hot water supply seemed a little inadequate at times.
