Excellent Experience Near Halle Tony Garnier

convenient location helpful staff

The hotel location is quite convenient near the Halle Tony Garnier. It was less than a five-minute walk to a concert I attended (, made the evening stress-free). Parking was easy, and the staff were helpful, especially with directions.

The room was quite basic for the price paid. the shower gel provided seemed watered down. It reminded me of the cheapest available, a minor letdown.

Solid Hotel Experience

spacious room separate toilet clean shower

I stayed in an executive double room with a sofa bed. The room was spacious. It was clean and was new (a big plus!). I also appreciated the separate toilet area, distinct from the sink, shower, and tub.

The reception staff seemed inconsistent. Some required further training in customer care. I experienced shrugs when I requested specific hotel information. The pool area, in my view, was overrun with small children.

rich selection easy access

i found the breakfast tasty. there was a rich selection available. the location provides easy access to the musée des confluences and public transport via tram to the city center.

i noticed the underground car park was inaccessible for vehicles with roof top boxes.
