Convenient and Clean Stay

The room was clean and tidy. I found a pod coffee machine, which gave me a GREAT start each morning. The hotel is directly next to Novena MRT station. This made getting around EASY. Staff were nice and helpful.

i found the location very convenient. i could easily access the mrt and buses, it was excellent. concierge anthony gave helpful information about directions and local guidance. amira at reception facilitated an early check-in, this was really appreciated.
there was no complimentary water available . guests were directed to use tap water. the taste of the tap water differed from that of other hotels, a concern.

the room featured a comfortable bed and felt quite spacious. cleanliness was certainly maintained to a high standard and i observed efficient daily housekeeping. a steam sauna was a great add-on.

i stayed for three nights and upgraded to a club room. this provided access to additional facilities, including breakfast and a happy hour from 6-8 every evening. i felt the upgrade was a good choice. it was very convenient that one could access the mrt from the basement and connect to two large shopping centers.
