free boat tour american food good wifi
the staff was friendly. they gave me a free boat tour of islands nearby. the restaurant had thai options and also american food. the wifi worked good everywhere.
the gym equipment was a bit old.

mixed feelings about the facilities
breakfast options alternative milks limited space dead insects
staff was lovely and the breakfast provided enough options even for alternative milks.
I paid for a superior room, but it require a full refresh. The couch at the end of the bed made the walking space limited, i found dead insects inside the lampshade.

magical experience kind staff warm assistance
waking up to the views from this place was pure magic. i really appreciated how kind they were to us. it felt great to have such warm assistance available.
honestly, i think the couch in the room made the walking space a bit small. it wasn't a huge deal, but it did was good. a smaller couch would have been perfect!

Getting to the location from phuket airport took approximately 40 minutes by private transport. the setting felt wonderfully remote. i was blown away by the fine views of the surrounding landscape. They are unparalleled.

the staff showed constant attentiveness and provided friendly service. upon arrival at the reception, i received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink and i thought it was a nice touch.

The hotel features a restaurant offering both seafood and italian options, i found the prices reasonable for the setting. breakfast includes a buffet with a la carte choices. The food quality impressed me. i especially loved the fresh fruit.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Drawbacks
kind staff complimentary boat ride nice pool small room inadequate air conditioner poor value
The staff members were helpful and kind. The food was amazing!!! A complimentary long-tail boat ride was provided. There was also a nice pool, and complimentary fruits were available.
The room was not very spacious. The air conditioner seemed too small for the room. This made the room not great value for the money.
