my stay included many positive aspects. the team provided special hairbrushes. the hotel doorman was friendly. i received thoughtful gift from the Executive Lounge team. it was a nice experience.
the volume control for the sound system in the bathroom was missing. i had to physically unplug the audio cable behind the TV to mute it. this inconvenience was unexpected.
