Acceptable stay overall

city accessgreat staffsuitable roomold hotelbrown panelingneeded tlc
The hotel's location made it easy to reach all parts of the city. The staff was great, but the barman stood out (he was very entertaining!). The room suited my needs for a short visit.
I stayed here previously and liked the location, so I returned. The hotel needs some TLC. The brown wood paneling might be historic but some greenery could improve things.
