the location worked for my trip. it was close to grand central terminal, convenient (i like a good train station).
the room i booked had issues. i found the size small. plus, there wasn't much natural light. the room was dark even when it was sunny outside, a bit disappointing, to be honest.

the location is central and convenient (i could walk to many attractions). the staff were really friendly and helpful. free tea and coffee were available in the mornings in the bar area.

the room was perfect with two sets of bunk beds and it worked great for my family of four. location is awesome! it is near grand central station and that's perfect. the room was surprisingly quiet which helped with sleep.

the location was good. i was near grand central terminal. the hotel has luggage storage. it was very helpful after i checked out. the rooms were very clean. i liked the modern look. it was a simple but nice space. i didn't use the rooftop bar. the staff helped me navigate the subway.
