chipped surfacesinconsistent cleaning
the room felt outdated the furniture showed wear i noticed chipped surfaces. the shower offered only one shower head i found the water pressure lacking. cleaning was inconsistent old dirty socks sat in the wardrobe. soundproofing was poor hallway noise often disturbed sleep. the lack of attention impacted my comfort.

The room was quite large, a great perk in a city hotel! the kitchenette had everything i needed. Wine glasses and a coffee maker were particularly useful. i appreciated the free water each day. It was a nice touch.

I was welcomed SO warmly, and the staff were helpful. The room was a great size. It felt very spacious. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. The Murray Hill location was quiet, and I was close to the ferry to Dumbo. That was convenient.
I thought the fridge stocked with drinks could have included water without charging extra. It seemed a bit stingy.

The street-level restaurant, Take Care, offered AMAZING breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Vintage Green, the rooftop bar and restaurant, provided fabulous views. There was also a good choice of restaurants on 3rd street, if I did not want to eat in the hotel.

The room featured a kitchenette, very useful. I found the beds comfortable, and I slept well. The room was also cleaned daily, which I appreciated. There were USB and USB-C sockets, so I did not need adapters.

The front desk staff was GREAT. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Doormen were always cute when arriving and when storing luggage. I got my room before the check-in time. Free snacks at reception were also a PLUS!!!
