The hotel is very close to the major museums. vondel park is nearby. i found many food options available. access to trams and buses was easy. the staff stored our bags when we checked out early. I appreciated this service.
i noticed the restaurant staff were understaffed, so dinner was not great. the breakfast had a nice buffet, but it seemed pricey.

the staff answered questions politely and provided assistance. the team were welcoming upon arrival and offered warm greetings in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. they always did their best to help.

the location was good. it was near tram stops (very convenient). the room had a desk, a tv, good air-conditioning, and a little fridge.
the bathroom was a bit small. the shower wasn't spacious (it was adequate though). the toilet was squashed in the corner with not a lot of room.

I enjoyed the helpful staff. They always had a smile. We received a free upgrade, which I appreciated. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, yet it offers good connections. It is a short walk to the bus and trams, it made getting around easy.
The minibar prices seemed a bit high, I noticed.

Our room was very spacious, and it was very clean. I liked that it had everything we needed; the bed was very big and comfortable. The windows had an extra glass panel, this gave us a good night's sleep.

I found the location great , just steps from Vondelpark. The hotel has a nice interior design. I thought the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel is officially a four star , but it felt more like a three star. Some lightbulbs weren't working , and the lighting was very poor. Room cleaning was disappointing , as the bin liner with rubbish had been left in the room.
