helpful staffstreet noisesimple buffet
the staff was helpful. they remembered my requests.
i expected better sound insulation. the street noise was a nuisance. ALSO the breakfast, supposedly included, was like a ripoff, a VERY simple buffet.

lovely toiletriesavailable coffeecomfortable beds
the hotel provided lovely smelling toiletries, a definite plus. tea and coffee were available in the library at all times and that was useful. the beds are so comfortable, i slept really well.
the doors aren't soundproofed at all, i did notice that.
