central location and great service
helpful staff early arrival buffet breakfast
i found the staff helpful when i arrived early. they stored my bags and bikes without hesitation. then the bags looked in my room later, a very nice surprise. i also really enjoyed the buffet breakfastwith many options. it certainly set me up for the day.
the running water sound in the walls of my room was quite bothersome. i could hear it all night, even with the ac turned off. i ended up using extra pillows to block out the noise, but it could be addressed.

the hotel is near many services, including restaurants, cafes, and a metro station. andrassy avenue is a short walk, and the opera house is close. it made sightseeing very convenient. the location was excellent.

the staff sent a coffee machine to my room at one point . they also allowed me to use the roof terrace after i checked out. i found the service to be attentive and helpful.

the hotel offers free lemonade, sangria, and snacks near the elevator. i thought this was a thoughtful touch. it was very appreciated, and the breakfast was also excellent. we loved the prosseco.

the room was very nice , clean , and provided a restful sanctuary. the breakfast had tasty options and provided a satisfying start to each day. the hotel offered tea throughout the day , a charming touch that i found good.
the coffee machine did not always work as i wanted.

convenient location useful kitchenette daily lemonade helpful staff
i found the location convenient. it was easy to reach many key attractions on foot. my room had a useful kitchenette. i really appreciated the daily lemonade and snacks. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance with directions.
the coffee machine sometimes felt temperamental at breakfast. this required a little patience. it wasn't a major issue though.

my room was immaculate and cleaned daily. it featured a mini bar with a freezer and a coffee machine. fresh tea and coffee sachets were readily available for use, a feature i definitely enjoyed.

the hotel is on a pedestrian-only street, this kept the noise levels very low. nearby i found many restaurants and cafes. it took only a short walk to reach the opera house, which i found quite convenient.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. I found a wide selection of bread, eggs, and coffee available. The hotel offers complimentary hot tea and cookies near the elevator. I found this very convenient.

great location pedestrian street breakfast buffet early check-in
Location was great on a street for pedestrians only. This meant no road noise bothered me. A little kitchenette had a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and a table. Daily breakfast was excellent with fresh choices. Staff accommodated early arrival before official check-in time.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They were quick to deliver extra pillows when I requested them on day two. The staff always acted mannerly and professional from the reception desk to cleaning.

The room had a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and fridge. The bathroom was lovely and included an excellent shower. The bed felt comfortable and I got a good nights rest.

the room had a kitchenette. it included a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. the bed felt really comfortable. the bathroom was lovely and had an excellent shower.
i arrived at 10:45 pm. there was nobody at reception. i phoned the hotel and the receptionist arrived after five minutes. i think the noise from outside became less, but i could hear the sound of running water inside the walls all night long.
