the reception staff were friendly and helpful always. comfy beds were a perfect treat after long days exploring. breakfast was superb and plentiful, with so many options available, it was a beautiful start to each day!

The reception staff ARE very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that there were comfy beds and a perfect location. The rooms were clean every day, GREAT.
The light switches, ugh, they didn't always work! I asked 3 times for a hair dryer BUT I never got it. ALSO, the towels were stinky and I asked for fresh ones but NEVER GOT THEM!

I was annoyed the breakfast area was too small. The service was bad. For example, they ran out of butter for two days, and items were frequently missing! I also noticed the dishes were not always clean. It looks like the furniture needs replacement.

the location was excellent, very convenient for seeing the historic area. restaurants were nearby, and it was easy to use public transport like trams and buses. the room was a good size, lovely, and clean. i found the breakfast very good, with a nice choice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
I arrived, and there were no pillows on the bed initially. after the room was made up, i had to ask for towels. fresh soap was not placed in the bathroom on any day. I had to ask for it. the pillows were too small for the bed, and only one was provided.
