The staff was very friendly. I liked the warm welcome upon arrival. the location couldn't be any better. the breakfast had tasty options with enough variety to start the day, i could find something i wanted to eat! the rooms were clean and bigger than expected.
the air conditioner did not work and there were no instructions on how to operate a cooling system, so it was a bit warm.

the hotel location was fantastic. i could easily walk to most tourist spots, it was great. the breakfast had many choices, it was self-serve. the staff worked hard to keep the tables clear.
the air conditioner did not work. there weren't any instructions on how to use a cooling system. the clerk seemed distracted because of police activity, that wasn't ideal.

I found the location excellent for exploring. The proximity to the airport bus was convenient. The staff were very helpful and accommodating (they provided great local tips). Breakfast offered various choices including hot dishes and pastries.
The bathroom door lacked a proper locking mechanism, which gave me some privacy concerns.

I found the lobby bar a nice touch (perfect for a late-night drink). The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from both the Metro and trams. The breakfast selection was excellent and offered plentiful choices each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the safe in my room.

The staff was very helpful. I also found the breakfast to be quite good with sufficient options. I found this particularly pleasing as it set a good tone for the rest of the day.
The room was a bit noisy due to nearby bars. This resulted in a less restful sleep than I would have liked. The room lacked coffee-making facilities. It would have been a nice addition.

i was a little disappointed by the television options. there weren't any channels in english except for one, bbc. it would have been nice to have more variety. also, the breakfast area seemed very small. it felt a bit cramped when trying to get food, and there was little choice.
